Once an old-time saloon located at 44 Richmond Terrace, in the heart of historic St. George, proprietor Danny Mills decided that a steakhouse is what the island needed, offering a view of Manhattan and terrace dining. In 1999 the Mills family razed the building and reopened in July of 2000 as Ruddy and Dean.
we cut our own steaks from beef that is hand selected by owner Danny Mills. Our steaks are aged 14-21 days to maintain optimal beef flavor. Our chef, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, has a knack for infusing other delectable entrées for the non-beef lover. Our party room, with a terrace overlooking Manhattan.
