About Soho Sanctuary

The vision for Soho Sanctuary emerged from my own longing for a serene place to go in Manhattan to escape the pressures of work, family, and the city's dizzying pace of life. A place where women could strengthen and tone their bodies and be nurtured by healing, beautifying, and luxurious treatments. A place that offered impeccable personal service, privacy, and the best-qualified beauty specialists, therapists, and fitness instructors available. An antidote to the commercial, impersonal environments of so many other spas.

Located on a historic cobblestone street in Soho, The Sanctuary offers relaxing and therapeutic bodywork and natural skin care treatments in our Spa. In the Beauty Loft, clients treat themselves to spa manicures, pedicures, waxing, and makeup applications. In the Fitness Studio, customized private sessions are offered in Pilates, Soho Yoga, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and Personal Power, a unique fusion approach to fitness training.
