About Cane Rosso

Cane Rosso began as a dream for Jay Jerrier after his experience in Italy in the mid-90s. Since then, Cane Rosso has been named “Best Pizza in Dallas” by D Magazine 5 years in a row (2011-2015) and was featured on The Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives."

Jay's passion for Neapolitan pizza and love of animals is what makes him a little different from other restaurateurs. Not only is the pizza "to die for," Jay's passion project, Cane Rosso Rescue, is saving abandoned dogs in the community.
