About Molto Formaggio

The concept for Molto Formaggio was born in Florence, Italy in the summer of 2006. Being true “foodies”, we were enrolled in culinary school in Florence. Part of being a foodie is the fun of shopping in specialty stores, especially those in true European style. The idea of shopping for fresh cheese, produce, meat, and fish in specialty stores makes the whole food experience complete. We felt this shopping experience was missing back home in Dallas, so Molto Formaggio was conceived out of a true passion for cheese, gourmet food products, fine wine, and spirits.
