About Gemini Bistro

Featuring American cuisine with French and Mediterranean influences, Executive Chef Jon Keeley‘s menu is inspired by comforting classics with approachable sophistication. Chef Keeley took over kitchen operations at Gemini Bistro in April 2014 after working as chef de cuisine at Michelin starred Bonsoirée. His seasonally influenced menu forgoes traditional courses and presents the dishes by portion size—small, medium, and large, as well as extra-small plates for kids. To compliment Keeley’s menu, Executive Pastry Chef John Larson uses artisan techniques in the bread and pastry division to enhance the bistro feel.
